GENERAL

"Science & Humanities” Department details: -

Every engineering institute has a "Science & Humanities Department" that offers new recruits with knowledge and abilities in essential disciplines such as physics, chemistry, mathematics, English, and CPD. The Science and Humanities Department deals with subjects such as mathematics, chemistry, physics, English and CPD with the institute's high regard and advancement in mind. The department is made up of highly trained, experienced, and goal-oriented faculty members that specialize in their specialties and are always willing to extend their capabilities to help students develop holistically. In addition to OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION, the department instils VALUE BASED EDUCATION as a core value in order to realize the institute's objective.

The department's main goal is to provide a firm foundation for diploma students by teaching them the fundamentals of core science courses, problem-solving skills, and honing their soft and interpersonal skills so that they are industry ready.

Physics, Chemistry, and English language laboratories are well-equipped, and the department has competent, active, and motivated Regular faculty. The department's main goal is to create a learner-centered environment through innovative and outcome-based methods, develop scientific approaches, and inculcate life skills in order to stay in the business and meet society's requirements.

Engg & Basic physics

Experiments in Basic Physics and Engineering Physics are carried out in the Physics Laboratory. The laboratory is well-equipped with all of the instruments required for physics investigations. The physics laboratory is set up to accommodate experiments in a variety of areas of physics, such as various measuring instruments, material properties, mechanics, basic electric circuits, and so on. A large number of instruments are available in the laboratory. The major goal of this laboratory is to provide students with knowledge and experience in order for them to develop experimental skills and be exposed to new methodologies.

The institute language lab is located in Civil Engineering Department. The lab is large and well-equipped with computers, speakers, and headphones where students can use audio video and visual teaching learning aids and other equipment that allows us to learn any language and practice our verbal and nonverbal skills in a scientific and user-friendly manner. It gives students with several possibilities to improve their communication skills to improve their English language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as participate in pair work, group work, and role play to help them gain confidence in their ability to communicate in English. In order to achieve the image of a global citizen and capable employee of any multi-national company or organization.
